Here at Mariachi Quinto Sol we are before all, a Family. Meet the people dedicated to ensuring your live entertainment experience lives up to the Mariachi Quinto Sol name. Our Mariachi takes pride in delivering an amazing music experience. Our diverse group of musicians have amazing talent! But more importantly, have a deep passion for the art.
Jose D. Lopez
Born in Jalisco Mexico, Jose developed a love of music at an early age. Realizing his passion for singing, he began performing for small events in his area and upon moving to Seattle discovered his true passion: Mariachi Music. He currently sings and plays guitar for the group.
Karina Mercado
Karina was born in Lakewood, Washington, and played in symphonic and concert bands all throughout middle and high school. Looking for a musical outlet in University, she joined Mariachi Quinto Sol her second quarter there. She currently plays the trumpet and occasionally sings.
Eivy Cedano
Eivy Cedano is the youngest of the group but carries an immense talent and love for the violin. He comes from a family of musicians and took part in Mariachi Huenachi throughout his highschool career.
Consuelo Olivas
From Seattle WA, Consuelo Olivas is one of our core violinists. She began playing in high school and loves to showcase her heritage through her performances.
Daniel Corona
Daniel Corona plays Guitaron for the group among other instruments.
Nathan Wallace
Nathan Wallace is cool and laid back — and a perfect addition to our family at Mariachi Quinto Sol. You may see Nathan Wallace hanging around the bar or backstage — don’t be afraid to say hello!
